Red Location Cultural Precinct is a project for the renovation and the creation of heritage in Red Location, a district of New Brighton’s township in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Jo Noero and his staff worked on this ambitious project of transformation during the last 15 years, with the objective of building a new center in a part of the city devastated by urban planning during the apartheid.
