Description
The Municipality of Pescara, Italy, is one of the partners of the JOINT SECAP – Joint Strategies for Climate Change Adaptation in Coastal Areas research program, led by the University of Camerino and including other European stakeholders, including the cities of Istria, Rijeka, Split, San Benedetto del Tronto, Pescara, Montesilvano, San Giovanni Teatino, and Spoltore. Indeed, one of the aims is to increase cross-border cooperation as well as the harmonization of data and procedures, so as to support the development, implementation, and management of joint actions for energy sustainability and climate change adaptability. This book collects the outcomes of research, mostly focusing on the case of Pescara.
